Cancellations and refunds are not available in my shop once you purchase your reading so please take your time to make the right decision for yourself .If you still have any question about one of my products you could  contact me and I  will be happy to help you.

Exceptions:
If the product is defective or the download link is inaccessible, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement or resolve the issue promptly.
